Sourdough

Our artisan sourdough is made from scratch every day using a 30 year old sourdough starter and heritage grain. Naturally leavened with a 24 hour fermentation process (aside from the incredible taste and texture this mean that people who suffer with wheat intolerances find our base easily digestible).
